Please, I observed that domain buying is based on subscription (monthly or yearly). Does that mean I will pay for it again after expiration date? And if I bought a domain for a client’s website, will I continue to pay for their domain?

Please note that this is due the fact that Nigerian banks have restricted the amount of dollars you can spend on your Naira card
the best solution is to create a Virtual dollar card on CHipper cash or Castro.ng
As a beginner, where will I host the one I created from local wp?

Client will never drop their card details ooooo
Infact, never ask for client card details, for security reasons
You can charge them for domain and hosting seperate as part of your fee
or better still, get on a video call with them and help them buy it
