I’m using LocalWp and yes the site is running, its showing stop site as you explaned but when I clicked wordpress address it gave the error on the screen shot i shared .

My experirnce with the master class so far has been seemless though i had issues with xampp but finally resolved it, The step by step lecture is very good and helpful
